Michelle has been a Douglas County girl her whole life. she graduated from Douglas High School in 1996 Michelle’s dance experience dates back to kindergarten when she took classes from Miss Ann. After years of classes, competitions, trips to Florida to perform, auditions, teaching and the occasional injury she finally became the dancer she wished she was when she was five. Hard work pays off! For the last 3 years Michelle has participated in the “Gotta Dance” fundraiser for Douglas County’s Suicide Prevention Network. In doing so she became reacquainted with Miss Ann. Being given the opportunity to dance again, create routines, elevate the new generation of dancers, choose music and costumes, and watch it all come to fruition is absolutely priceless. .
